What if we could fill in the knowledge gaps using sensor networks?

Research in fields such as air quality has long been performed using a sparse array of fixed measurement stations. I develop fine-meshed networks of affordable sensors that gives insight on the distribution of molecules of interest and their source. Bridging this knowledge gap can help us improve efficiency of human activities and minimize our impact on the environment.
